Big Write Star of the Week

Layton

Layton wrote a fantastic Big Write last week as Samuel Pepys diary. I was particularly proud of how he included thorough punctuation. He used speech marks and even brackets! Well done Layton!

3D shapes and thier properties!

This week in maths we are having a very practical week and revisiting the properties of 3D shapes! We have been sorting 3D shapes by a range of criteria inititaed by the children, going on 3D shape hunts around school and mkaing and describing 3D shapes out of playdough!
